How To Hibernate Your Way Through A Substack Refresh
There's no shame in getting lazy and comfy as we head into the final phase of 2024!

Q4 is approaching fast!
No, Q4 isn’t the name of a new meteor plummeting toward Earth, it’s the fourth quarter of 2024.
The end of the year (not the end of the world) is upon us and there’s no time like the present to start settling into cooler weather and #TeamHibernation.

I have no tips for you today because I’m busily preparing to host Substack Dashboard Day this evening! If this is your first time hearing about it, there’s still time to grab a seat. Feel free to show up in sweatpants!
Today’s post was me taking my own advice. In case you missed this important advice many months ago, here it is again:
NOTE: I’m heading on a personal retreat to the mountains next weekend so the next Unstack Substack email arrives Saturday, Oct. 5th.

Loved that. So real. Got me thinking how I too can better remind my subscribers what The Health Jew is about (without sounding like a creepy salesman). But now's not the time to cook up major plans, because, as the author of Unstack Substack knows more than most, I'm heading soon myself into hibernation.
