Kristi, I tried to purchase your guide and I tried using two different debit cards that are both connected to accounts with no issues and both were declined multiple times. Not sure what is wrong.
Kristi...it was because my bank won't pay out of country charges unless I call ahead and request it. I didn't know that and I didn't realize you were in Canada. I'm going to purchase it another way...no worries!
LOL I can't believe you're struggling so hard just paying for something Canadian!! I'm going to move it to another platform and send you the link when it's done. Just to test if the problem is the platform or your cards! Stay tuned.....
Is there a way I can make multiple links go to the same footnote
(As in in if I wanted to show that something was cited by a certain book so I put it under footnote two then after I've written some other stuff I want to cite footnote 2 again. Is there a way I can make the link direct back to that same footnote
Yes, this is a huge problem for people trying to Post full-length novels and things. It's very hard for new readers to find everything and catch up. I don't post serialised things anymore myself, as I've switched to shorter content, but for those who do, I'm sure this will be very useful... π
Good advice π

I'm so sorry Linda. I'll check into it when I get back to my laptop and update you. Sorry!!
Kristi...I'm so sorry. I tried with my credit card per bank instructions but it was also declined. I guess they have the same policy. Ugh.

Oh thanks! I know, right? Ridiculous!
Okay I've uploaded it to my other store. Try this link!

I still think it's weird because other people have purchased it where you were trying. But go try the new one and see what happens.
Got it! Thank you so much for doing that Kristi! I'm excited to read it...and yeah...that was crazy. It wasn't a purchase from Eastern Europe!
Thanks Kristi. The bank thought it was fraud and turned off my card so I if it's on your end I wanted to tell you right away.

Hmmm, reading that made my brain hurt a little π I'm not 100% sure I understand what you mean. I'm sorry!
Sorry, I probably explained poorly. Substack has a system for footnotes which I use to display sources (like in this article: https://open.substack.com/pub/againstthedyinglight/p/the-universal-tradition-of-blood?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=30kfug) however if you use substacks system to get footnotes it numbers them for you and when you add a new footnote it automatically moves on to the next footnote. Is there a way I can link one footnote, multiple times?
I'm not super familiar with footnotes as I've never used them. You could ask the chat bot in your dashboard. That thing has answers to everything!
Thank you for the advice
Thank you! I am going to need this info in a few days !
Awesome Jodi. Andike I said, I don't mind doing it for people. I just thought there may be some of you who feel like learning how. π
