About notifications, nobody knows how to answer me this, not even the bot: How do I know I have comments to old articles I wrote if I don't want Substack to tell me by email? Isn't there a feed for that?
I’m doing likewise. It allows me to control what I want to read when I’m free. I do wish Substack would allow us to pin our top 5 or 10 writers for easy access and sharing.

On email today a million from subscriptions… so I looked up your advice…went to settings….and couldn't find the Push Setting. Maybe because I don't have the app ….I'm just on phone and I don't have room for another app unless I erase videos I don't want to erase…
But I couldn't find it…..even worse I changed some settings like notify if someone likes or restacks …
And I don't remember what the gray circle or the orange setting means…..why don't they say on and off or do you want… yes or no ….???
I'm an old Luddite with migraines and failing eyes eye strain on a cellphone and I do not understand why they have to make on and off confusing and impossible to figure out.
I know it's me …I have a Pixels Art Sales Website and they only pay with PayPal and it took me forever to figure out how to sign up which I finally did….but substack only pays thru Stripe and when I tried to sign up they wanted me to Download an authenticator App and I had to give up. I have to try again but it's so frustrating. GoFundMe was easier to sign up for…they will do direct deposit….I have to try again with Stripe so I can offer paid subscriptions and Buy me a coffee

When you're on the app, your notifications are the little bell in the tip right corner.

I see no option for "Newsletters" in my list.
It's not in the list, you'd have to use the toggle that says "Prefer Push"

It's also possible to set up a folder and filter in your inbox. I have my priority reads and my browsing sorted that way in Gmail.
I have to come back and look again. Confusing.....and does it all still go to email.....I hardly look at the inbox...maybe I should? ...
If you select Prefer Push, it does not go to email.
